Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit
The latest game in the Need for Speed series is the first developed by Criterion, who previously created the Burnout series. Its the 14th game in a series which began in 1994, and shares it’s name with a 1998 game, but is an attempt to reboot the series with gameplay closer to the earlier NfS titles.
You’re able to choose to play as either a cop or a racer, with a career mode for each, plus multi-player modes for up to eight players. There is also the Autolog feature which lets you post records, achievements, and includes recommendations for challenges etc.
It’s been well-received with an initial demo (Now no longer available), and early reviews giving it scores which make it the best-received NfS game of all time.
