Trials HD is an Xbox Live Arcade game developed by Red Lynx, and released on August 12, 2009. It’s based on a browser-based Trials game and challenges you to control a trials rider and motorcycle over challenging courses of obstacles without falling off.
The controls are extremely simple, but allow you to tackle a big variety of impossible-looking obstacles, ranging from vertical slopes to wrecked cars and beyond. Graphically it’s good looking and the sound is reasonable.
Modes include normal riding, tournaments, and some surreal sub-games which give you some fun and bizarre challenges to try. There is also a full course-creation tool included.
In addition to the original game, two downloadable content packs have been released: Big Pack and Big Thrills. Each costs 400 MS Points, and provide more tracks, sub games, and achievements/gamerscore. The game itself usually costs 1200 MS Points.

If you have an Xbox and Xbox Live, but can’t buy gamerpoints via your credit card for any reason, then you can also buy points via various online retailers, including Amazon. There are quite often deals on offer from various retailers, so it’s worth shopping around – but we’d advise it’s probably best to stay away from private re-sellers.
