Known as ‘TNN Motorsports Hardcore 4×4’ in America, and ‘Denka Yonku Tough The Truck’ in Japan it featured races against 5 AI competitors on 6 off-road tracks, along with a time trial mode for up to 8 players.
Hardcore 4×4 was also re-released as a PSOne Classic on the Playstation Network as a downloadable game for the PlayStation 3.
