If you’re looking for some new top-level sim racing kit it could be time to invest, with the Sim Lab XP1 200KG loadcell pedals available to pre-order for shipping from the 4th week of July, 2023.

You get full metal construction with a 16-bit analog input for the 200kg loadcell, which transfers to 100kg of pedal pressure. And you can adjust the stiffness and initial first stage compression with swappable elastomers and springs.

The throttle pedal also gets swappable springs, but also features Hall Sensor technology so there’s no wear through use. As does the optional clutch pedal, which adds an adjustable bite-point, meaning no excuse for getting it wrong off the line.

The new Sim Lab XP1 200kg loadcell pedals should mount on any existing deck, and you can adjust inclue of them, along with the height and angle of the swappable pedal faces, and the maximum travel aviailable. Basically, anything on the pedals which is blue can be adjusted.

As you might well imagine, the pedals are a significant investment. You can buy the throttle and brake together for £480, currently down to £437 for pre-orders. If you prefer a three pedal set-up with a clutch included, it’s £612, down to £568 at the moment. Or if you decide to add the clutch pedal later, then it’s £174 as a separate purchase. On the flip side, you shouldn’t need an upgrade or replacement for the foreseeable future. You can order your choice directly through the official website.
