With various cars being confirmed as included ahead of the launch of the upcoming sim racing title, check out what you’ll be able to drive in our full Project Motor Racing car list. Formerly known as GT Revival, it’s being developed for PC and consoles with a potential release date in 2025.
We’ve pulled together everything officially announced and shared, along with cars revealed in screenshots. And while the game is currently in pre-alpha, it seems it will have a selection of GT racers from previous eras. So far, there’s been confirmation of both the GT and N-GT class from the 2004 and 2005 FIA GT Championship, which included smaller manufacturers like Mosler, Morgan and Gillet, alongside established names like BMW, Ferrari and Porsche.
Currently 12 cars have been confirmed for the launch of Project Motor Racing, with more being announced on a regular basis.
The historic focus ties in with the team behind Project Motor Racing, as many of the Straight4 Studios management and employees were previously involved with SimBin Studios, who created the GTR series, and Slightly Mad Studios, who developed the Project CARS franchise. The original GTR – FIA GT Racing Game was released in 2005 with the sequel in 2006, GTR 2, including 140 cars from the GT and NGT classes. They also developed GT Legends, which was based on the 2005 FIA Historic Racing Championship.
