All Assetto Corsa EVO Early Access Cars Are Now Confirmed

With just three days to go until the new racing sim launches, all Assetto Corsa EVO Early Access cars are now confirmed.

As expected, Kunos Simulazioni continued the drip feed of information over the weekend, and the final eight cars from the 20 available at the start of the Early Access period are:

• Alfa Romeo Junior Elettrica Veloce
• Alpine A290B Concept
• Audi RS 3 Sportback
• Chevrolet Camaro ZL1
• Honda S2000
• Lotus Emira
• Mercedes Benz AMG GT2
• Porsche 992 GT3 Cup

The full car list includes 16 manufacturers, from Abarth to Volkswagen, and a selection of cars from the 1990s onwards. They’re mainly road examples, but along with the Porsche and Mercedes, there’s also the Ferrari 488 Challenge EVO, and BMW M2 CS Racing for track-focused machines. But try not to read too much into the initial list, as we’ve seen many more cars already featured in preview and promotional pictures and videos.

And along with the success of the original Assetto Corsa, released in 2014, there’s been a continued resurgence in the sim due to the massive amount of modded content available, so there’s likely to be much more than 20 cars available in the near future, let alone as we approach a full release.

As previously mentioned, the track list includes five locations for you to try out in single-player practice and quick race modes. Along with experiencing the first step in building the new game economy, including driving licences and the driving academy, car purchases and rentals, driver profiles with experience points and rewards, and car customisation, along with support for VR and triple screens.
