DiRT Rally 2.0 2019 World RX DLC Part 2 Released

January 15, 2020 By Dan Thornton Leave a Comment

Following on from the first four 2019 World Rallycross cars made available for DiRT 2.0 in December, the DiRT Rally 2.0 2019 World RX DLC Part 2 is now available with three more vehicles added to the game.

It’s the penultimate Season 4 content, which comes as part of the Deluxe and Super Deluxe editions, or with the Year One pass. The group of three World RX cars will become available on January 28th, 2020.

The GC Kompetition Renault Megane R.S. RX was built by Prodrive in 2018 and features a number of additional upgrades for the 2019 season. The car features an extremely strong aerodynamic package and has proven itself to be a very stable platform. Chicherit is joined by the experienced Anton Marklund, who will look to continue optimisation of the Renault Megane R.S. RX.

The Ford Fiesta Rallycross (MK8) made a brief one-off appearance in 2019, with Sebastian Eriksson taking his maiden win in Sweden. Based on the 2018 car, a number of changes have been made to the internal layout, including moving the radiators to the rear of the car for better weight distribution.

That’s your lot for Part 2. The final DLC will include the Renault Clio R.S RX, the Mini Cooper SX1, the Ford Fiesta Rallycross (STARD), and a special livery pack. Previous content included the Killarney International Raceway and Lydden Hill circuits, plus 3 other WRX cars.

You can buy DiRT Rally 2.0 for the PC, Xbox One and PS4 at Game, or Amazon. Game currently has the cheapest price with new copies for £14.99 for both Xbox One and PS4. Or you can pick up the PC version via Steam.

If you want to buy the DLC separately, then you can via Steam, the Microsoft store or the PlayStation store.

It’s also important to note that post-release DiRT Rally 2.0 content is currently not supported for use with Oculus, although this will hopefully be resolved at a later date.
