The final Early Access period has begun for the urban driving simulator, as The Bus Phase 3.0 Update adds multiplayer for free to all players. Developed by TML-Studios and published by Aerosoft, it’s been available since March 2021, with almost 6,000 player reviews rating it as Mostly Positive in that time.
Included in this update is the addition of multiplayer free play mode, allowing you to travel round Berlin with friends in your various buses. Which seems like a potential recipe for chaos to me, but you may know some more responsible drivers than I do. With the German capital of Berlin recreated at a 1:1 scale, there’s certainly the potential for some interesting bus driving , as you all navigate the AI traffic and pedestrians.

The update also adds the new state of the art electric Galaxis Urban bus, upgrades the game to Unreal Engine 5.4, and adds support for the Aerosoft Truck & Bus Wheel System, along with implementing a range of fixes and performance optimisations.
