Rally Arcade Classics Gets An Update And A Price Discount

September 9, 2025 By Dan Thornton Leave a Comment

There are some new improvements to the game as Rally Arcade Classics gets an update and a price discount for the next week. Available for the PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch, the new take on classic 90’s rallying games now includes manual gears, a new speedo, a list of friends you can follow, and new classification tables, all part of the Precision & Chase update.

There’s also a 50% discount for the next 7 days, meaning you can pick up Rally Arcade Classics for £8.37 on Steam, for example. Any sale price doesn’t seem to have gone live on all the online storefronts at the time of writing.

Reminiscent of 1990s arcade games like Sega Rally and Colin McRae, it’s been almost a year since Rally Arcade Classics was released in September 2024, featuring 44 cars from across the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and 00’s. You get a selection of 48 tracks to race on, after completing license tests.

Race modes include Rally, Arcade and Tour, with the latter requiring you to race across four different countries to earn credits, stars and the first spot on the online leaderboards. There are also weekly and monthly events, and the game supports compatible steering wheels on the PC version, including the Logitech G29 and Thrustmaster T300.

“We devoted two hard years to create this game with a passionate team and one goal: to combine elements from different eras of racing games and keep an accessible experience for both veteran and new fans of the genre” – Salvador Casamiquela, co-founder at NETK2GAMES.

Rally Arcade Classics is available for the PC via Steam, the PS5 via the PlayStation Store, the Xbox Series X|S via the Microsoft store, and the Nintendo Switch via the eShop.
