2021 Le Mans Virtual Series Teams Announced

We’ve already covered details of the new endurance championship, including the schedule and prize fund. But with the 2021 Le Mans Virtual Series teams announced, it’s been confirmed that a number of big organisations will be competing in the 5 round series, culminating with the famous 24 Hour event.

With 21 LMP2 cars and 17 LMGTE competitors making up the field of 38, notable teams include Red Bull Racing Esports, Williams Esports, Team Redline, Team Fordzilla, Porsche Esports, Ferrari Driver Academy (FDA) Esports and more.

All of the LMP2 drivers will be racing the Oreca 07, but the LMGTE class is split between most teams running the Porsche 911 RSR GTE, a handful in the BMW M8 GTE, and a few competing in the Ferrari 488, Aston Martin Vantage and Corvette C8.R GTE cars.

So there should be some big name drivers and fierce competition on the way. The confirmed 2021 Le Mans Virtual Series Teams announced are:
