While many people are still waiting to get an invite to drive the racing sim, there are some small tweaks and improvements with Rennsport Beta Update 1.7.2 released.
The main change is the removal of the Porsche Mission R Safety Car from being parked in pit exist, but some Porsche Esports Carrera Cup Deutschland 2024 track banners have also been fixed at Monza, and a list of known issues shared include the lack of information when you’re getting ready for a rolling start.
There haven’t been any major uppdates to Rennsport yet this year, since the release of the Orchard Road Street Circuit in the middle of December 2023. The racing sim has been in a closed, invite-only beta since launch, but is being used for the ESL eSports series and the Porsche Esports Carrera Cup Deutschland 2024 for the first time, with a prize pool of €25,000 for the fastest drivers of the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup 992 across six racing events with a grand finale on April 6th, 2024.

Known Issues
- Rolling Start Limitations
- No UI to aid the driver in what their position/speed in the rolling start should be (coming soon)
- If the master volume slider is at 20 or lower, engine sound is not audible in the Porsche 911 GT3 R
- Light artifacting on AMD & Intel GPUs
- Loading into Replay menu can take longer than usual
