TrackDayR Update 1.0.1.0.115.37 Improves Air Physics

January 29, 2025 By Dan Thornton Leave a Comment

If you’re a fan of the dirt bikes and jumps in the motorcycle sim that covers pretty much every two-wheeled discipline, then you’ll be pleased to know TrackDayR Update 1.0.1.0.115.37 improves air physics for whips, scrubs and other aerial manoeuvres to control your momentum and show off at the same time.

It also adds the new Luke Farm track, which is a compact red dirt circuit with high banks and lots of different types of jumps to help you train and practice.

More for road racers like myself, but some problems with the braking system have now been fixed, so it’s more realistic and closer to the performance of real motorcycles, along with some bugs that impacted normal handling. And some issues with the engine sound should mean it’s properly synchonised with what you’re doing on the track.

This follows a hotfix patch released on December 23rd, 2024 which fixed issues with the ghost for time attacks and tournaments, and also cleared existing leaderboards.

Developed by MadCow, TrackDayR has been available as an Early Access title since 2021, covering everything from minibike and scooter racing to MotoGP machines, off-road, enduro, trials and more. And if it isn’t officially included in the game already, there’s also a fairly healthy modding community creating even more bikes and locations.

Time attack laps are a big focus of the game currently, as online multiplayer is more of a trackday experience with friends.

TrackDayR is available for the PC via Steam. And you can keep up with all the latest TrackDayR news, updates and release details, here. You can also check out the full TrackDayR bikes list here, and the TrackDayR circuit list, here.
