After filing for insolvency in February 2026, it’s not really surprising to see that the NACON Connect showcase is postponed until May 2026.
The French publisher of racing and driving titles including Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, Gear.Club Unlimited 3, TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge, Endurance Motorsport Series, the official licensed MXGP and WRC games and until recently, Rennsport on consoles, it also makes the Revosim range of sim racing wheels and hardware. Normally, the showcase NACON Connect event is used for new product announcements and launches, but “Faced with a difficult economic environment for the company, we are choosing to focus our resources on upcoming releases and the development of our current games.“

It’s not really surprising the company would rather focus on delivering progress on getting titles out of the door and keeping their current portfolio going, rather than trying to build up excitement about future releases. During insolvency, everything will keep going while the business is restructured and reorganised for the future.
And there is a hearing expected in early March by the Commercial Court of Lille Metropole on a request to open judicial reorganisation proceedings.
What’s going to happen to NACON?
This situation occurred to NACON after parent company Bigben Interactive defaulted on key debt repayments, which cut off the French publisher from accessing finance. So it’s not a reflection on the actual game and product portfolio.
If the court and administrators decide that the company can continue as a viable business, there’s likely to be a fair bit of restructuring to reduce costs, reorganise debts, and potentially the sale of some assets. It not, then the business will be broken up and sold, including studios, licenses, intellectual property and brands.
The situation will be more clear by May, hopefully allowing NACON to focus on promoting whichever games, hardware and assets they’re concentrating on by then.
It’s a real shame for both NACON and the individual employees of the company, which owns studios including KT Racing. The problem has been created by the parent organisation, and it’s going to be a stressful time for everyone involved. Hopefully people will be impacted as little as possible by the outcome.
Hopefully there will be more positive news by NACON Connect, which was set to feature both Endurance Motorsport Series and Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, and would likely also include the 2026 MXGP game and news of the WRC license for 2027.
